It's a bit frustrating to give advise, when you never found out, if it's followed. Or, who is right!. So; to people who post problems, please let us know, how it was solved.
April 24, 201510 yr You're absolutely right. Some people here seem to be very knowledgeable, spent some good time to help others, but then they don't even get back once the car's fixed.

April 26, 201510 yr As a foreigner you can get a license to drive a tractor trailer. For your own use, not commercial.

Yellow plate is for commercial return.. Hence not transporting own goods.
