Is Uniqlo still in one of the Chiang Mai malls?

Featured Replies

I was under the impression that Uniqlo had closed in CM, but then someone told me they went to Uniqlo about one month ago.

What is what?

And,

Does anyone know if Uniqlo prices themselves a bit cheaper in Thailand than in larger more developed countries?

And, yet again,

Are there not two Central Plaza malls in CM? The Central Plaza site only seems to show one.

TIA,

Charlie

They are in the Central Airport Plaza Mall, saw them today and also at the Central Festival Mall on the Super Highway and junction of the 118.

IMHO they are not 'cheap' by Thailand standards. But have a very good range and reasonable quality.

Happy shopping.

They are a fair bit cheaper than Uniqlo in Europe but bit more expensive compared to their HK and China branches. Excellent modern Hi-tech materials is their USP. Good quality basics but not particularly cheap for Thailand but not that expensive either. I suggest you only ever buy items in the promotions which are almost weekly. Eventually the stuff u want will be on offer. I am sure they are still at Central Festival and Airport Plaza.

Well they did a night run at the Promenada. I was in KSG yesterday and saw them there. Not sure where as the mall is not exactly shopper friendly. The signs were very small.
