My wife is looking to return to Thailand for 2-3 months at the end of the school year (early March?) to spend time with her sister (a teacher). Instead of staying with her family, she is looking to rent a house (not a condo) for a 2-3 month period and try living the daily life on her own again.

Does anyone have any pointers for finding a rental like I describe? Better if it is in a gated area, but not essential. Small is OK. Must have A/C and reasonable western amenities. Should be furnished.

This is probably a trial run to later expeditions as we contemplate spending much more time in LOS upon retirement.
