How do we know that non-prisoners are any worse? Perhaps they are worse, but have never gone to prison.

My wife's daughter went to prison for a ten year sentence (5 tablets of illegal substance), and served four so far. She is undergoing all sorts of training and education, and may be released early (next year)

I'm amazed at the farangs in Thailand openly asking on facebook where to buy illegal substances. Quite a risk they are taking! Lila Thai is where the ladies can get a job after they are released.

That can be a hit or miss because at some places they talk very loud and long to each other
