Hi all.

I have one of the Panasonic refrigerators with the small freezing compartment in the top. I need to replace the plastic door for it. Does anyone know of a place in CM that sells parts? I can install it, I just need the door.

When ours broke (different brand), we got a replacement ordered at Siam TV on the moat. They had to order it, but didn't take too long.

Saha Panit on the road to Mae Rim has provided Panisonic parts. Also Future Electronics on the Super Highway access road between the Mae Joe and Doi Saket roads, I think it is before the big Home Mart. Order and about 3 days for arrival.

Would never,ever purchase or order parts from Siam TV again,

I ordered a new speaker for my LED tv,Provided all the relevant

info,serial no,part No,when it was made,even took the old speaker

in with me to show them,so there could be no mistake,the speaker is

just a little thing maybe 3x2 inches,only one in the tv.

They said 1,700 THB, (2) BUT you would have to buy 2,i thought that

was strange, but said OK can keep other for spare,give them 700 THB

deposit, a week later the speaker arrived ,went to collect and they

looked nothing like the speaker i wanted,so i said i wanted my deposit

back,no can do,will take 3 days,they were quick to take the cash,but

getting it back was not going to be easy,went back 4 days later,boss

not in to sign,so cannot give money back,I said I will be back in

7 days make sure the boss signs and have my money ready to collect,

left it 10 days,because of holidays,went back,we cannot give you money

back because boss not here, I said I am not leaving until i get my

deposit back,so she makes some phone calls,and eventually she said OK

can give you your money back now.

This is just one of a few problems I have had with them over the years,

but it will be the last.

Saha Panich? up at the airport are much better ordering spares from.
