Want to solicit children for sex.....can. Want to buy drugs.....can. Doesn't mean that it's right or legal. But, there is money to be make in sex and drugs, so we know it will be overlooked. A good 50% of travelers will indulge in Thailand, as it attracts tourists with it's prostitute bars in abundance.
