Has something changed ?

This past week have seen 2 different ones with red plates on.......??? [1x in my area Nonthaburi, the other near Bang Na]

+ of course the one I often see with white plates for the past 4 years on the road. [back then was suggested that these were just made up plated or fake and NOT legal]

ignis , i believe they still arent " truely " road legal , but it seems , some people ( farang ) , in some provinces / towns / areas , are riding them without much bother . They can also be insured , even without any DLT tax or a blue / green ( ? ) book . This is wise !! . Personally , i would avoid built up areas with police presance , just in case . How long this " situation " remains flexible - i dont know . Have a look at " L and P Monkey " in BKK . Keep us posted .
