ezzra Posted June 13, 2015 Posted June 13, 2015 How do you do a re-enactments of receiving bribes? unlike re-enactments of a murder or other animated crimes, what do you re enact receiving an envelop?
noitom Posted June 13, 2015 Posted June 13, 2015 The Thai reenactment with full police photo op is a preposterous illustration of the Thai rigged criminal justice system. These Thai alleged perps are intimidated to o a reenactment never with an attorney.
canuckamuck Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 I am sure that the re-enactment of receiving an envelope has really helped people understand the case. Obviously many people were perplexed by the question, did he receive it with his left or right hand? The state of criminology in this country really does set it far apart from the developed world.
arfurcrown Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 The moral of the story being. ''Never get caught with your hands in the till.''

Oziex1 Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 The re enactment consisted of an actor ready to hand the accused an envelope full of Baht, however when the scene was to be acted the envelope was nowhere to be found?
Nemesis7 Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Reactment of how he received the bribe ??? Where the actual people who brined was there too?
Alwyn Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 "show us how you did this bribe, okay.. that's good. Now how do you plea"?
h90 Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 How do you do a re-enactments of receiving bribes? unlike re-enactments of a murder or other animated crimes, what do you re enact receiving an envelop? he got it in an envelope. So in the re-enactment, he takes the envelope and put it into his pocket. Not really a big show but technically a re-enactment. If he receive it on his bank account in Singapore it is more difficult.... Re-enactment: Reading the screen on the online banking with a smirk??

SOTIRIOS Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 .......no.......moral of the story........malignant corruption at 'Stage 4 '...... ...let's see if this government can continue and bring it under control...... .....and 'save the patient'......
tbthailand Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 "show us how you did this bribe, okay.. that's good. Now how do you plea"? my understanding is that he has already confessed. Look for yet another light-speed trial/conviction/jail process on this LM case....

ER............. This has got little to do with the Government, ( whoever they may be ) and is unlikely to be instigated by them. And the rest cannot be said.....

I guess the answer is T.I.T...

I guess the answer is T.I.T... as I understand, he didn't even have a lawyer... he had a dozen or so examples go ahead of him, so ... In other words, he knows where this is all going and he knows that he has no choice.
rametindallas Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 The Thai reenactment with full police photo op is a preposterous illustration of the Thai rigged criminal justice system. These Thai alleged perps are intimidated to o a reenactment never with an attorney. You just now figure that out? I noticed that on my first viewing of Thai television news. Admit your guilt, receive 50% discount on your sentence and save the State the time and money to properly prosecute you. The US commonly 'plea bargains' a case down to a much lower offense to get a conviction. In the big scheme of things it doesn't matter if you are guilty or innocent. Justice systems don't want justice, they want closure. As for the reenactments, I think they are very entertaining 'reality' TV. In the US, we have 'perp walks', where the alleged perpetrator is paraded in from to the press wearing hand-cuffs on the way being processed by the police. .
TallGuyJohninBKK Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 What's ever happened to this guy? I'm not finding any outcome on his supposed prosecution...
