Anyone know any details about the mall going in where the Mee Chok wet market is?

Lots of shops also a Hotel,think you meant Raumchok wet market,

Meechok Plaza is next door.

Just down the street for me. Looking forward to something new there. I noticed the multi-level parking area was put in place, this year.

We enjoy Central Fiesta..but also go to the market and shops at MeeChok and Ruam Chok. I avoid Huay Kaew Mall like the plague. (Too crowded and nasty traffic turning off near Maya. In fact..I avoid that area at all cost. Airport Mall is a bit far for me, and also congested.

I do visit Promenada...just because it is not crowded. We stop in for a Pizza at the restaurant and shop in Rimpings...

Nice to get out of the heat...and walk around.

I'm retired, but sometimes make the mistake of going out before rush hour is over. Heading from Mee Chok Plaza toward Mae Jo, the traffic was solid from the petrol station to the intersection of the 3rd ring road. Not an anomoly. My friend said it sometimes backs up all the way to the 2nd ring road and then things are really screwed. Another mall to maul us all. When do they break ground on the fourth ring road?

Another mall going up, as well as refurbishing the market, adding a parking structure, and at the back of the property there will be an 8 story hotel.
