Depends on which immigration office is used.

Most offices allow extension to be renewed 30 days in advance but a few will permit renewals 45 days in advance

Agent combined transfer of stamps to new passport + the extension +90 day report so a slightly unique case there but it actualy as pointed out 30 or 45 days so don't think this is normal procedure.

But i'm happy.

I received my annual retirement extension at CW this morning, 44 days early and no questions.

Surprisingly for a Monday, CW was the quietest I have seen it. Arrived 09:30 and left 10:30 with extension and multiple re-entry.

Just done mine in Korat twenty eight days ahead as my ninety days was due, no probs.

Thanks to all. Yesterday I've got mine 1 month and 2 days before here in phuket.

OT together with the usual paperwork, I had to provide a further document, I don't remember the exact name but it was a sort of registration normally due by the owners of hotels and other Estates, the receipt remains in our passports and they want a copy of it.
