I don't usually pick up much malware --especially anything that I cant remove. but my hot-mail seems to have picked up something that wont allow me to answer------can open it all right, even go to a site (Thaivisa etc) if there is a link, however when I click on reply to the original message ........I can not type anything in, even though it goes to the reply format....also I can not cut and paste something in there from word.

When I click on the right hand of mouse----different options come up, one is , "Inspect Element (Q) " which opens a part of a page in there with just Computer ---program--talk (yes I'm a comp thicko)

Have run malware bytes, spybot & 2 virus programs............. it cleared away some junk but mad no difference.

I also have a Gmail address that isn't compromised.

..................Any thoughts....more constructive than mine , which at the moment is a 7lb hammer.

*BTW....on a completely different matter---I made several complaints when this thread first started --that when reading Tech news the Face-book / twitter etc tabs came up at the left side , sometimes making it difficult to read the article. Found the solution to that (or stumbled across it) I'm in Mozilla & if you reduce the page (just a tiny fraction,) those tabs relocate to the bottom of the page---they are only on the side when in full screen mode.

Sorry, but have you ever thought about a System Restore? Go to my computer- System- Security settings and restore it to a time when all worked well.
