Any English speaking monks in Bangkok and NST to chat ?

I wish to chat with some BUDDHIST monks(English only, not novices) in Bangkok or NST, for some research, studies and sharing.

I also wish to visit temples where free simple Buddhism books are available for distribution and reprinting.

Anyone know of any temple to recommend ?

I know there are temples for monk chats in Chiang Mau.

May I know where is the place and are they in English ?

Taiwanese is more towards Mahayana Buddhism? I am more keen on Thevarada.
