Is PLA NUEA ON (ปลาเนื้ออ่อน) the name for sheatfish (a type of catfish) in general?

It is indicated under a number of scientific terms:

Phalacronotus apogon

(also applying to PLA NAM NGOEN ปลาน้ำเงิน)

Phalacronotus bleekeri (Micronema bleekeri)

(also applying to PLA DAENG ปลาแดง)

Kryptopterus cryptopterus

Thank you for your help.
