BANGKOK: -- The wife and sister of billionaire construction contractor Chuwong Sae Tang yesterday submitted new evidence to the Crime Suppression Division (CSD) commander to probe into his unusual death.

The wife Mrs Sirirat Sae Tang, and sister Mrs Wanpen Tanathammasiri gave the evidence to the CSD commander Pol Maj Gen Akradech Phimolsri after there has been slow in the investigation of the death of Mr Chuwong.

The evidence given to the CSD included first hand photographs at the car crash scene, shoes, clothes, handbag and golf bag.

A personal notebook with phone numbers of Mr Chuwong was also given to the CSD for examination

CSD commander Pol Maj Gen Akradech said so far the CSD police have almost finished collecting video footages from video cameras along the route from the golf course to the car crash scene.

He said the CSD is awaiting the significant evidence which is the full forensic autopsy report from the Udomsuk police station which is not yet sent to the CSD.

He said the CSD is expected to coordinate with automobile expert and relevant agencies to simulate the car crash at the scene this week.

He said investigation into Mr Chuwong’s unusual share transfer valued over 300 million baht to two women has been almost completed, adding that if more persons are involved, they will be arrested.

The CSD took over death probe of Mr Chuwong from Udomsuk station following complaints by family members that they might not be given fair investigation, as a key suspect was a former politician and police officer.

Money! With this kind of loot a big payoff to the right people eliminates problems.

The Udomsuk police station does forensic autopsies? I find that rather hard to believe?

Don't strain yourself trying to work it out, the report didn't say that.

I think they know.......but, having said that, the family is persisting, which must be a thorn for the RTP!

Because the cheese is rotten.

...aren't they all, no matter what case...? whistling.gif

You have answered your own question why they are dragging their feet, because of who the other suspect party was, a politician, and a cop, that says it all.

Family: "We do not want any of OUR money given to his girlfriends. Here's some insubstantial evidence and a tea money envelope"

RTP: "Ok! There is now obviously something suspicious here. No man would leave money to his mistresses. After all, they're glorified bar girls"

Media: "That's all men pen rai!"

Yep! a clear case of murder/ extorsion i thought, I wonder what drug overdose they put in his body b4 the car crash???

Of course this case stinks, but i think the family is right and not his mistress.

The guy died under strange circumstances and the signatures on the share transfers have been forged.

So I can understand them wanting the police to really check it out don't forget the role of that former PTP / police guy in this story.

Giving money to your mistress is normal but not when you die in a strange way and the shares are transferred with forged signatures.
