Hello citizens you could follow me and rule a country if you join the right army in the right country I have now moved completely to cloud Cuckoo land to try and eradicate corruption it is just a dream god bless him for trying but the law and justice needs to be in place first but as there is no laws to speak of and no one to enforce any law in Thailand without a reward like a proper wage for a honest police man and no justice system in place to speak of and the only thing of any importance in Thai life now is money and greed in the good old day’s it was family first, but as Thailand is a country of have and have noughts people will always be jealous of the rich and resent them especially as they can afford the big bribes to pay off the police and the judge’s and can commit any crime knowing they can just walk away from it even murder with no criminal consequence’s to face, Thailand for the good life and every rich and Thai elite is happy and the rest are happy planting and picking rice forever with no dreams to the future, paradise for rich for sure.

Not once did I heard Prayut talk against corruption in the military,

This guy is as much banana as Suchinda that removed the Chatchai government due to corruption.

On the end things is about power and the army has never ever liked to share power otherwise their wouldn't be so many coups.

Let him go next week to New York so he can find out that he is a pariah. Surely the Thai news will spin things around because he shake hands with the president of China, Abe of Japan and some folks from ASEAN.

The EU, North America and the Oceania region will not endorse Thailand to become a none permanent member of the UNSC and a potential backup plan could be Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia if an ASEAN country should join the UNSC.

Thailand - No way as the embassies in Thailand are monitoring this country and his weekly dramas to give happiness to the peoples.

He rejected violent mean as a way out to eliminate what he labeled corruption as “evil”and “deadliest” disease in the Thai societies.

Emphasising the need to eradicate corruption during his “Returning Happiness to the People” nationwide broadcast Friday night, Gen Prayut said “Thailand right now is in the crucial and significant stage to eliminate this deadliest disease. We must work together to build immunity against this evil that had undermined the country in the past years, and prevent this disease from resurfacing.”

He knows what is wrong...

So why does he not stop the Jaw-Jaw and do something about...

Instead he has just procured another 150,000 hand guns and done nothing to remove any from circulation.

Just turned into anther PM with empty promises.

Yes, this is the same old line that has been wheeled out after each & every coup. Go & have a listen to Suchinda's speeches post coup. Exactly the same rhetoric as Prayuth. We are the good people saving you from the corrupt politicians.

What a load of BS! If coups were beneficial Thailand would be one of the most successful countries in the world

This would be the making of Thailand again but the PM must follow it through. We all know officials come out with so many ideas just to look good but never follow it through.

He Honest and Trustworthy PM should appoint a man from his army days that he knows is good and not corrupt to form a special department to sort this out.

There should be a free phone number like 999/100 or similar where people can call. He must also make a law that if any people call with lies they will go to jail.

Things like governors and Mayors that get government funds to clean up their areas, like Pattaya, they get money to sort the roads/floods out but do not use it and it goes missing or grossly over priced contracts that are really 50% less that the price.

Pattaya has gross floods each year it should have been sorted by now.

But some how it is never investigated.

And it will still be the same in 10 years.

People need a phone number and protection for spilling the beans and possibly a reward.

It is the only way Mr PM.

Sort these things out and make it save for people to feel confident and safe to holliday here and they will just be coming back year after year.

One of your Fans.

He could start by watching the video in the previous post and sort out the criminals in Phuket !

A better start is to be fully transparent on his and all other military officers' assets and how they earned them. Then if eliminating bad guys is more than just lip service he could begin with Stuphet and work his way through past and present members of parliament, followed by all ranking police and immigration officials, and that would be considered a good start.

"PM calls on cooperation to eliminate bad guys"

He could have done long ago,... but no, you just called the abusive politicians to attitude adjustments and let'em go with a slap on their wrist. Nobody in power who sucked the taxpayers dry ever got arrested, and in years to come they'll do the same evils again and again and again, no matter how many attitude adjustments they get from army takeover after army takeover Edited by MaxLee
