Seeking suggestions for a monthly apartment in a quiet, convenient location near the BTS but not in a tourist area. Rent - 10,000 Baht range (or lower, possible?). One room studio is fine.

I've recommended this place to a number of people who have stayed there and they generally like it. One pro is that the rent includes TV set and cable, WiFi, Microwave,& fridge along with the usual furnishings. There is an exercise room but the equipment is usually useless. There is also a small pool.

About a 15-20 minute walk to BTS, B20 moto. Close to Suk. 71 but very quiet area (Phra Khanong). Rooms are about 30 s/m, balconies and a tub (small) bath.

Note: They have been known to negotiate a lower rent if they have excess vacancies.
