Is any one out there producing coconut oil in commercial quantities, small or otherwise?

We are based in Australia and interested in importing coconut oil and associated products.

Currently importing same from Fiji and interested in expanding our range and was wondering what was available.

What we really want to do is deal with a smallproducer with a good story, Over here in Aus, Farm gate sales are all the rage and people are really swinging away from the corporate giants and trying to support the local farmer for their fresh produce.

what we are looking at doing is having products from a smallish operation and doing a feel good story about their business on the website.

We are already roasting our own coffee with several types and supplying a lot of cafes, restruants and markets, Hence not really wanting to buy from a big corporation
