I usually use the dd app but sometimes it lacking. The prices are ridiculous. I've spent a few moments on prakorb or whatever it's called but aside from the Thai, its cluttered with crappy rentals and Thai RE hucksters.

Not exactly sure what I'm after at this juncture.

For self/wife. Makes sense to buy at the right price, but it needs to be an amazing diamond in rough. Prefer a gutted loft/studio that I can build out. No doubt have to settle for something that comes "fully furnished" and give the crap away.

I'm a real hard case ti be sure, market us nit ready for me, but I want to take a bath in the condo, not on it.

Rather stay clear from bts, mrt is preference.

50sqm+, nice large/open balcony, windows, n/s facing, 700m max frim mrt, quiet. No lower than 7th floor. About 30k sqm. I can wait.
