Can anybody advice about getting south Africa visa for my partner he have Non O visa and married to a Thai national and have kids but only partnership in my company want to go for holidays with me what kind of papers does he need to apply visa he is a Indian regards

The South African Bangkok embassy website doesn't seem to have any information on visas; or if it does, I can't find it!

Applying for a South African Visa from the Dept. of Home Affairs says

Requirements for visitor’s visas differ from country to country (click here to see which countries are currently exempt), and the requirements are subject to change. As each application is treated as an individual case and you should make enquiries with your nearest South African mission or consulate abroad or any office of the Department of Home Affairs to see whether or not you are required to apply for a visa.

Note the requirements depend upon nationality, not country of residence or application. As your friend is Indian then he may need to provide different documents etc. to those a Thai would have to.

Contact details for the Bangkok embassy

The Thai wife and children, (assuming Thai nationals ) can holiday in SA for upto 30 days and not need a visa, the best thing if the Indian guy is in Thailand an near BKK is take trip to the SA embassy ask...but suspect he may have to go back to india and do his application there
