Hi,

A friend of mine is married to a Thai lady, and has a son from her, born in the UK.

They are going to Thailand for a holiday end October, she and the boy will stay for 3 months.

what visa is best?

And will she be able to register him as a Thai citizen, once in Thailand?

Is it easier to register him here in the UK at a Thai consulate (assuming that is possible)?

Any help to any of these questions will be appreciated.

Get her to call the Thai embassy in london ,you can sort out birth certificate and passport there we found them very helpfull .
