Matej
What I miss the most is dairy. It's expensive and quality is pretty low, supply almost none. I also miss hazel nuts, wall nuts, plums, pears, apples, some bakery stuff, flour(whole spelt, rye ...), olive oil ... A bit pricy or hard to find in a small city. Some western food, goods in shops, might seem a bit expensive here, especially for europeans, because in EU foodstuff is massively subsidized. For example(central and eastern Europe) 1L of whole milk: 18-20 THB curd, 250g: 22 THB 1kg gouda cheese, 48%: 145 THB On the other hand meat and sea food is cheaper. Key to happiness in Thailand is well equipped kitchen.

Aforek
As a French guy, I miss only one thing : cheese ; I know I can buy some in Makro , but I don't accept to pay 500 bahts or more for a litte piece of cheese by chance, there is a BIC market near my home, and when their products are almost out of date, they sell them with 50 % discount and Casino cheese is good even if there is not much choice ( 360 sorts of cheese in France ) ; with a warm baguette, it's ok
