can you recommend a mid level hotel near Siam square shopping area

Featured Replies

We are looking for a relatively new mid level hotel 2000 to 3000 per night in the shopping area of bangas near Siam paragon area- or any of the bts stops along that line.

Can you recommend a few names for me?

thanks

There are several on Petchabury Rd., about a 10 minute walk from Ratchathewi BTS, one stop past Siam. "The Glow" for one. A new one was recently opened in the same area but I forget the name. Try a booking.com search on Petchabury Rd. The Asia Hotel, directly accessible from the Ratchathewi BTS platform is far from new but has a lot of history and old world ambiance, also a very interesting Cabaret.

There are several mid-range hotels close to the National Stadium BTS, opposite MBK.

.

Citadines Soi 16 Hotel---200-300 meters from Asoke BTS, clean, reasonable pricing , good service---just be sure to emphatically order a non-smoking room if that is your bent.

How about Holiday Inn ajoining the Intercontinental outside BTS Chidlom?

Or Novotel Siam Square?

I have not checked the prices, but brand wise i would say they are mid level, but i actually have a feeling because of their location their pricing may be above their mid level status.

You can sometimes get really good deals at the Amara Watergate on Petchburi road.

You might consider a PRICELINE.COM search for that area with your dates.
