Where can I sell these non-refundable hotel rooms for Krabi during the holidays?

I got a bunch of non-refundable hotel rooms for my extended family through Agoda for Railay Beach from Dec-25 to Dec 31. Now, half of the family can't come on the trip but the rooms are paid for and I can't return them. The hotel I said I can sell them to a friend.

Does anyone have any ideas where I can post to try and re-sell these? I paid $3600 per night for each room back in September but now the rooms are worth $8500 per night during that peak time. I just want to recoup some of my costs, I'd be happy with $3000 per night per room.

If anyone on this forum is interested please get in touch. Alternatively if you have any ideas for me on what options I have that would be great. I already posted on Roomer also which hasn't resulted in any interest.

The beach is Railay Beach which is only accessible by boat from Krabi Pier.

Regarding the dates - yes, the hotel is fully booked so staying on for NYE is not possible.

Booking in Christmas Day and checking out NYE, I think is going to be a hard sell.

To get rid of them you might have to take a bigger knock than you thought

That's expensive for Thailand but I guess it's a luxury resort.

I think it can be hard to sell here , you should try some international travel forums or Ebay .
