I originally posted this in the hydro thread, but thought it might be more relevant here. I have a problem growing tomatoes. They do really well until flowering, then develop a disease, as can be seen in the pic. I've added chelated iron and no other plants show a deficiency.  Can anybody identify the problem and suggest a solution? They are growing in an AP system, using coir and dwc.  Possibly too much water?

Could be Verticilium or Fusarium wilt.

Solanacae plants are not favourable for DWC, better try media beds with dry cycle. Improves the root aeration.

Thanks, I've adjusted the flood and drains to allow more air. Hopefully this will stop more plants being affected.

Is there any chance of the diseased plants recovering?

Maybe they recover.
You do Aquaponics, right?
So the number of control agents is limited. I know Trichoderma harzianum as biological control for fungal diseases.
But I could not find an application for your case.
Maybe general plant strengthening methods as foliar application could work.

Any idea where to buy the harzianum? I've found Trichoderma but not the hazianum variety.

I'm not sure. Have you tried Applied Biochemical Thailand?
Or your local office of Agriculture extension?
