Snackbar Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 15kgs of LPG delivered this morning B450.00 Incumbent 15kg bottle has some light rust at the base. B200 extra. I cleaned the light rust off.. Still B200 extra. How gullible do they think we are. Thai wife believed this bs. The 15kg Lpg bottle deliver had the same light rust at the base. #Wind up.
LivinginKata Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Yes, had the soame sort of problem last week, ordered gas, guy trundles up and refuses to accept our old bottle, claims too old. I argue that his company always delivers our refills for years, so they must have delivered an old tank. I always tell my staff to make sure they delivery guys don't try to off load an old rusty bottle .... oh well
NamKangMan Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Once again, as times get tougher here, you can expect new scams and higher crime. One in the same, really. "Gas sales go down - rusty bottle go up."
Somtamnication Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 I read about that somewhere.... Gullible's Travels.
JHolmesJr Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Still cheaper than producing your own cooking gas.

Snackbar Posted December 2, 2015 Author Posted December 2, 2015 Is that possible? Produce your own LPG?
KarenBravo Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Maybe not LPG, but, each of us can produce CH4.
JHolmesJr Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Is that possible? Produce your own LPG? Absolutely mate….all you need are about 50 sheep in an airtight room and 'let there be fire'.
