I'm going to assume that this is the aRt supply/stationary shop... and say, yes, it certainly is still open, and all three floors are jammed with goodies!

Just in there yesterday to buy some acrylic paint.

AKA Zirieng Udompol, was in there today and it is an amazing place. Not sure on timings but are pretty sure its closed on Sunday.

Hmm.. Anyone know somewhere open on Sunday? Won't be here during the week. I need large sheets of pure white paper, and black and white foam core.

The Office Max at the back of the parking lot for Airport Plaza is open on Sundays. It's a big store. Can't say whether it has everything you're looking for.

Central at KSK has a stationary shop on the top floor. They will be open every day. Have seen big sheets of paper/board.
