If I’m visiting and I’m enjoying myself in a club and it’s open after hours and I get arrested for that it makes no sense. if a club is open and packed I’m under the natural assumption that’s perfectly normal. nothing like getting shock trooper treatment when you are about to go home and enjoy the spoils you found while out … and going to a public venue and getting searched and drug tested for no probable cause save being at a tourist spot is not a great sales pitch either. -
