Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has had experience giving birth in a Chiang Mai hospital? If so, how did you find the care and the prices? Especially interested to know about people's experience in the government hospitals in Chaing Mai.

Also, anyone attended antenatal classes in Chaing Mai? (either Thai or English language) If so, where and at what cost?

hi skeetaoat, it would be a lot better to post this question in the chiang mai forum. lots of expats there with lots of experience to help answer your questions. or PM a moderator to move this thread there.

we have had two kids born in Chiang Mai Ram 1 Hospital. C-section between 28,000 to 35,000 and less for natural birth. But heard that prices have gone up there to 40k plus for c-section. extremely good doctors in O&G. good luck getting answers.
