Washing facilities are available, water machine in lobby, 24 hour security. Condo has plaza with restaurant, shops etc. Parking and large recreation area, swimming pool, fitness also available. Everthing you need!

1 months rent and 2 months deposit in advance required. Deposit required if you wish to reserve the apartment. Condo available from the end of this month, PM friendly farang owner for a viewing a.s.a.p.

Making a 90 day report first time in a few years.

I've been doing online 90 day reports for a few years, but because I'm about to get a new passport I believe the next 90 day has to be done in person. The last time I did a report at Jomtien it was only necessary to present your passport, now I believe there are a couple of forms to fill out. I have been at the same address for 16 years, do I still have to fill out a TM30?
