Hello.

Does anyone know where I can find bluetooth low energy (aka bluetooth smart, bluetooth 4.0) heart rate monitor in Chiang Mai? Examples are Polar H7, Mio Link. Doesn't matter strap or band. Thank you.

Last time i looked, the ones on Lazada were shipped from abroard. May as well use Ali Express.

Fitbit does not provide a reliable heart rate. Only a monitor that is worn over the chest can provide reliable data. It is why cardiac rehab programs and training athletes favour the Polar group of monitors. I ordered mine on Amazon. I didn't take the one that downloads onto my laptop as it's unnecessary for basic exercise. If you establish a pattern and know your numbers after a month of training it's fine.
