The noisy Chinese Invasion !

They invaded Bangkok 5 years ago and today in CM, you hear their noise everywhere !!

So many shops are putting up Chinese words now.

How to stop them from making so much noise ?

Do you think it's polite to remind them with a Shhhh.... ?

I can speak Chinese, shall I tell them to keep their noise low ?

I don't mind the little effort if it helps.

The Chinese blame their very loud speaking on the noise all around them. One guy told me they have to shout over the noise of the constantly blaring bus/truck/car horns, which go for 18 hours a day in some areas.

Personally i don't think they are any worse than the Thai's. At least they are not running around in loudspeaker trucks blaring out useless adverts or playing god knows how many megawatts music

thais .. ? ... they wouldnt :(

At least their females often look good in circus pants. They have also prevented the gays from taking over even more of the Nimman area. Still, no peripheral vision, totally oblivious to others on the road or sidewalk....and real system players when it comes to renting, etc..

Is Chinese an actual language, I thought it was Mandarin and Cantonese?

they are quite rude on the sidewalk as well. won't yield halfway and will also double up coming in the opposite direction.
fortunately, i'm a fairly big guy. i yield half the path and after that it's shoulder to shoulder. had a couple manly jousts yesterday biggrin.png
