How to stop them from making so much noise ? Do you think it's polite to remind them with a Shhhh.... ? I can speak Chinese, shall I tell them to keep their noise low ? At least they are not running around in loudspeaker trucks blaring out useless adverts or playing god knows how many megawatts music for too many night time hours. ! One guy told me they have to shout over the noise of the constantly blaring bus/truck/car horns, which go for 18 hours a day in some areas. They have also prevented the gays from taking over even more of the Nimman area. Still, no peripheral vision, totally oblivious to others on the road or sidewalk....and real system players when it comes to renting, etc..
