Do I Get An Exit Stamp In The Passport When Leaving Thailand?

With all the new visa rules I need some clarification please.

I am planning to be in Thailand for 3-4 weeks then go to another country, then come back to Thailand second time for another 3 weeks and then go back home.

When I leave Thailand the first time, do they stamp my passport with some sort of exit stamp?

Is it done when I leave by any method of traveling: air, train, bus?

when 30 days visa is issued, my original plan is to leave by bus and I show a ticket but later on I've changed my plans and now leaving by train, so my original bus ticket expires, does it make any difference to Thai immigration?

I will not exceed 30 days visa, just might change plans how to leave.

Do they mark in the computer how I suppose to travel, do they care at all?

Thanks!
