I am offering a shrimp/fish farm for sale in the beautiful Sam

Roi Yot National Park. This is approximately 20 km south

of the town of Pranburi and 40 km south of Hua Hin, in the

popular area of Dolphin Bay.

The farm is on 24 rai of land ( approx 38,400

square meters ).

16 rai is freehold and the adjoining 8 rai is leased for a

small fee. Whilst the farm is in the National Park it has

excellent access being located adjacent to one of the main

concreted roads. You can it also use for a fishingfarm and restaurant with bungalows.

The Farm consists of 5 lakes and we currently breed the ‘‘White Shrimp’’, which is

the most common commercial breed in this area. The farm is fully operational and

the buyer can continue with existing operations as soon as the purchase is

finalised. At that time now we take care fish..its easy to do for everybody...

The Farm has a newly built raised bungalow surrounded by a small garden area

with many beautiful plants. The house consists of a large living room, bedroom,

large bathroom and an outside covered kitchen and veranda area which is used for

dining and relaxation. There are views across the lakes to the hills. There is ample

parking space. The sea is just 3 minutes drive away. Its very near the beautyful sampraya

beach with rangerstation and campingarea..also the river with riverboatstours is near

and the mountains with a viewpoint ...

The selling price is 8,9 Million Baht but if harvesting time is imminant this may vary

slightly.

What is the reason you sell? What is the guarantee buyer can continue shrimp farming? Are you a registered shrimp farm? All paper work ok?

The reason why i must sell is a figth with my old gf about ownership from land and farm..now we have a agreement with the court and i have to pay her out....

Yes the farm is registert and if i have a new buyer i will go with him and help him to get the new farm certificate..it has to be renewed every 3 years....

but that is no problem.....all paper work will be ok for the new owner....
