Just an other through investigation by the Thai Police,

there will have been a lot of laughing and back slapping

back at the station,no shame at all.

regards Worgeordie

I guess the trip back from the road block facilitated a stop for refreshments and some fun pics to share back at the nick later.

Someone enlighten me why this went, guessing social media (referring to "online") and not directly to the police station instead? The way I'm reading the article, it would indicate that and no mentioning of "went to the police first, nothing has happened and went online afterwards to get it's due punishment".

It does, however, read that it isn't his first out of the line action and just adding a pathetic 500B fine on that seems too low to call it even.

Also, why didn't the student file a complain with the police? By the video footage she may not have been aware of it, but since she will have been shown the footage afterwards....why not? This just feeds right into the hands of those that can and will blow things out of proportion...I'm looking at you feminism and your obsession for the patriarchy.

This makes for extremely tedious reading. Try to rewrite this in a more educated manner.

...but not as tedious as your forum rule-breaking criticism.

I disagree. The OP may well have had something interesting and useful to say. Therefore it's silly to obscure it with prose that's so badly written that it becomes an annoying puzzle to piece together. It's self-indulgent, careless and totally thoughtless of the audience. If you want to share thoughts two paragraphs long, make them readable.

I'll keep it in mind for next time, but this is what happens to my brain when so much information is missing.

Buuuuuut, if one person understood it, then it has been worthwhile...unlike your one...two posts not even contributing to the topic wink.png

It was so disappointing to see this. Under the legal definitions of sexual abuse this event is not sexual abuse, combined with the fact there was no mention of where the photo/s ended up so there is a big question if the woman was a victim. In my opinion, if the photos were distributed via email or viewed by other officers or civilians and appeared on the Internet then she could be classified as a victim and punitive damages in a civil case would depend on what the images depicted and the approximate number of views. The Officer then could possibly be labeled a, "sex offender," because he exhibited characteristics showing a tendency to victimize or injure others.

Based on the report, public embarrassment, a fine and reprimand are in order at this time until further evidence surfaces. However, all his electronic devices, hard drives, cloud storage and storage drives should have been examined to determine prior history.

What and then fine him 500 THB?

Nobody knows the real story.

Not long ago a new squad was formed to combat the plague of ladyboys that are taking over Thailand.

The police however cannot lay any charges without photographic proof so they have to take photos with their phone.

I would have thought he would be well aware of CCTV in stores?.......anyway, it's obviously wrong to do this to anybody more especially a student... but it's hardly the "crime of the century" like some are going on about it here...... a lot of normal red blooded men wonder about these things when they see, let's say, a sexy lady in a mini skirt (it goes without saying that that is no excuse) but if they say "not me"....then I simply don't believe it....I put it down to another case of the "holier than thou".brigade.

Problem with that is people tend to jump to conclusions after only hearing one side of the story or whichever suits their bias better. Innocent until proven guilty has been a decent compromise to our flawed juridical system thus far, so once people start performing vigilante justice and there won't be a proper stop to said actions, then we will be back to eye for an eye and courts would hold no power or use for that matter.

Just look how many men in the west lose pretty much all they have at the mere accusation of rape on social media. Jian Ghomeshi and Dr. Luke have been recent cases where society has taken people down before the court has done any ruling. Even if the courts rule them innocent their reputations and future have a permanent taint, just because of social media setting them on fire.

So the pervert is back on the job?? Imagine being a young female and being pulled over by this scum for some made up charge. There is no way this was his first offence. This country is so <deleted> up!!

I have to go along with this. Imagine this man has the authority to make anyone stop and answer him anywhere! This may be a quiet dark lane. With his uniform he can wave down some unsuspecting female and she will trust him, more than that, by law she has to stop!! He has an uncontrollable urge he shouldn't be given the authority that he now enjoys.

I'm not sure this post will make it past the handlers of Thai Visa...but I have to say it...I hate the police here...cowards, thugs, killers, pimps, perverts, and thieves...I have no respect for any of them...and the only time I take notice of them is to avoid them...people will say there are some "good" ones...but even they condone the despicable actions of the MAJORITY...there is no honor...they only do their job when they HAVE to...whenever I read a story that one of them is injured, hurt, or killed...I must admit that I feel nothing...I actually save my sympathy for the people who are forced to rely on the police for their safety and justice...

I hope I don't get banned for posting pornography or fined 500 baht but attached is the actual upskirt photo.

If you look real hard you can just about make out the spandex boys shorts under her dark blue dress.

I hope this photo isn't too titlilating. Please lock your door before viewing so your wife or kids don't walk in on you because I'm sure you're going to need to have a good wank after viewing it.post-188665-0-19567200-1456926085_thumb.

I bet if a Farang was caught doing an up-skirt photo it wouldn't be a paltry 500 baht fine..coffee1.gif

For the locals, a 500 baht fine is hardly a deterrent. There will probably be a few more chancing their arm now that they know the fine, doesn't fit the crime... whistling.gif

Why do people like you keep complaining? You know you don't have equal rights in Thailand so just deal with it or find somewhere else that treats you better

"I would have thought he would be well aware of CCTV in stores?"

Good point but perhaps not bright enough to know that or think about it at the moment.

It's same with drink driving and caught ...taxi would be much cheaper.

In this case it's same ... why to take photos if you have tons of waiting just be paid a little money for it...cheesy.gif

But some police members are just stupid as a drunker sitting behind the wheel...facepalm.gif
