As it is only going to have one lane each way, I would hope they separate the lanes with something other than a yellow painted line.

Especially as there will be a reasonably sharp bend.

The ridiculous 3 way underpass at Central has recently had the red cross on for the centre lane at both ends yet some coming form the south were still using it.
