"Bed fellows" of the 3rd kind.
In closing, I would like to refer to my "remedy" I posted in my OP. Upon first "itch", don't start to scrach, although this may be a basic instinct. Instead: - Take a cotton puff, saturated with 70% medicinal alcohol (not to be confused with Mekong-Booze). Apply to affected aera, slightly rubbing for about 1 minute. = Problem solved! 100% success rate. I could imagine that this procedure could work for a numeber of insect bites, if immediately applyied after the first itch. I would like to invite posters, after having "bitten" by some insects and having applied my "remedy" to report back here. If that works on a "lage scale" I expect to receive the Nobel Price for "preventive medicine".🙂 -
