Ford service in Bangkok

Featured Replies

It's about time for the first service for the happy Ranger owner, so the big question comes up ; which shop in Bangkok do I go to ?!

The reason I'm curious is, I've bought my Ranger from Ford Pinklao, which is in the opposite end of where I live in now in Bangkok. The sales, and after sales experience wasn't pleasant at all comparing to the other brands in Bangkok, and I've owned a few ! First the gearshift knob fell off literally within the first hour, as I drove out of the shop ! Which is sort of gave me a hint on how professional their service may be .. No tech issues after that, happy with the car, getting the white plates took a few months of PITA. Also there are a few stories here on the forum about Ford's lousy service , so can anyone share good experience /places to do the Ford service anywhere in Bangkok

I use Ford VPK on Chaengwattana ... it's just past Central CW and the World Medical Center ... not far from Isuzu.

There is a Greek guy there called Angelo ...speaks english ...has always been very helpful.

You can turn up at 8am and get it done ... best to phone and book ... I can give you the guys LINE and you can ask ask him which was is best.

I think many english speakers use the dealership service dept. because of him.
