1 bedroom for Rent in 2 bedroom apartment (Sukhumvit 55, Thonglor, Bangkok)

I am looking for a responsible roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment (49sqm) with me.

This apartment complex Thonglor Tower is in a prime strategic location, located in one of the most happening part of Bangkok. Near to BTS skytrain station Thonglor, many restaurants, shops and supermarket. The rent includes access to many facilities in the apartment, an big rooftop swimming pool, gym fitness center, convenience stores and lounge area downstairs.

Your room will be furnished, has single bed and wardrobe. [Other furniture may be available.] You will share utilities (water, electricity) with me, and internet if you want. Rent is THB 5200. Negotiable.

You will get to share the following with me:

-a living room with sofa, TV (include UBC), aircon, dining table.

-kitchen with fridge, stove

-bathroom with water heater and bath tub.

- balcony with great view (we're on the 16th floor)

- direct phone line

I am looking for at least 8-months commitment. I would prefer female roommate, clean and responsible, preferably Thai. If interested, please send me Personal Message (PM)
