Sorry our pilot is wasted: Drunk AA co-pilot thrown off the plane in handcuffs

Got some info from pilot forums. There was a confrontation at layover hotel with a Shuttle van driver police were called and at airport waiting. There will be legal wrangling, but if it is determined he was "in control" of an aircraft at anytime he will probably get a custodial sentence. It does not sound like he was.

Meanwhile...Maybe this one could open a bar in Patts when he gets out? Recently caught running women out of apartments and office buildings in Texas. Pimpin' aint' easy.

I met a pilot at White Beer'd.

It was 11pm, he was shitfaced and was due to fly the 8am to Samui in the morning.

Guess it is a bad week for US airlines image wise. Flight attendant busted 70 pounds of cocaine in suitcase, a regular "Jackie Brown".

Thats a lotta nose candy.

Well, if you're talking about US airlines' flight attendants, they're pretty much all bad weeks, from the passenger perspective anyway...

"BING BONG. Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. This is your captain speaking. I'd like to apologise for our late departure. I thought I'd better walk to the airport rather than risk a breathalyser. Now can anybody tell me what this red flashing light and blaring klaxon is for?"
