Need some info about visa to Cambodia

Featured Replies

Hi guys,,

my 2 friends are planning to travel to Cambodia to obtain a new Thai visa,

we tried to contact the cambodian embassy this morning for some inquiries about visa, but their phone seems to be always busy or disconnected,

here is their full address, and phone that we were trying to call:

The Royal Embassy of Cambodia

Address:518/4, Soi Ramkamhaeng 39, Pracha Uthid Road Rd.,

Wang Thonglang, Wang Thonglang, Bangkok 10310 Thailand

Tel:+6629575852, +6629575851

Service day:Mon-Fri, Service hours: 09:00-12:00

is the above the correct contact details or changed?

anyone applied Cambodian visa here in Bkk? and how many days will be issued? or can be obtained on the border? how much per USD or per THB? to be prepared for less hassle,

they are planning to leave on Friday or Saturday monring,

Any advises about direct buses from Bkk to Pnom Penh? or they have to change in the border?

I heard there is a bus from Mochit to the border, as well vans that taking to the border,

Are there some hotels are located nearby the Thai embassy would you recommend?

Any additional jusstion, recommendation would be highly appreciated,

Thanks.

It is a horrible and difficult embassy to deal with. Many, many threads about this.

But as for the Cambodian Visa, you can get it on arrival. There are loads of busses and vans to the border, but I am not sure about direct to Phnom Penh.
