Does anyone have (positive!) first hand experience of any of the large number of property agents in Pattaya?

I'm looking to rent a sea view apartment/ condo.for 6-12 months

Generally pretty useless, and usually way overpriced.

You will find better places if you look for yourself. If you know which buildings you like then visit the buildings and check their noticeboards.

A few things about agencies.

My experience is that their is not "multiple listing" for rentals. I could be wrong.

Because I am looking for a place now in Pattaya also and have been working with 3 agencies. They all show me different properties in the same building. I have asked about a previous property I saw and they know nothing about this. I will ask about a specific location in a building and they have no information other than their listings.

Maybe their is no commission split on rentals?

I don't know.

Another thing and it is funny I think. The agents are sharks and fake, like in the USA. They are your best friend, until you decide not to go with them.
