:D Hello Chang Mai. A few questions I am afraid.

1. Will the crowds lessen as the exhibit is opened longer?

2. How much does it cost for entry?

The reasons for these are my parents who are coming to visit us in Bangkok for Christmas. I thought it would be a good day out (as airdelaysia is so cheap), but am worried about the crowds as I would have to bring my children.

Thanks in advance

1. Not sure, but probably

2. Not sure, but around 100 baht. But must use a credit card to purchase there (no cash), plus at twice the cost of outside..

If you live in Bangkok, no problem with numbers of people, I think.. :D

Recommend that you book your flights early, as Friday flights up from BKK and Sunday/Monday flights back seem to be running very full right now, even on TG, and my travel-agent blames people taking long-weekends to come and see the Royal Flora ! :o

Apologies for truncated post but was cut off by 'flood control'. Article is from the Nation.

Think I'll head out there today as me little box in the sky next to Narawat bridge has a dozen activities ongoing outside all at the same time including religous ceremony, marching bands and a pop group blazing away and its only 10:30. Can't wait for the rock band that was warming up yesterday to kick in on th east side of the river.

For the record crowds are absolutely minimal.
