trespass land to retrieve son

Featured Replies

Yesterday I trespassed onto another farangs land (10 rai ) to retrieve my 1.5 year old son from his house, the owner stated he does not want me to come onto his land. He has since made a police report.

How will this be interpreted by the police, am I allowed to go onto his land to retrieve my son ?

Probably, anyone who might attempt an answer to this needs to know if you have legal custody, solely, jointly, or not at all.

No idea but your neighbours sound like nice people.

Could be a turd, or the OP may be leaving out minor details like the farang in question could be married to the kid's mom, or maybe there's history beyond the simple question in the OP.

I'm with allane, hard to tell without a lot more 'splaining.

Nice neighbour you have, just get a truckload of buffolo sh*t and dump it on his driveway.

The real question is how, exactly, this 1.5 year old ended up in/on someone else's property ?

Who was supposed to be caring for and supervising the child ?

it could be that OP's ex-wife has the custody of the child and now lives with the neighbor. Or the story might be totally different.

therefore more details are needed before forming any opinion.

I make no "judgement" and have formed no opinion but I do ask a very pertinent question.

The question demands an answer.

Dress like a ghost next time, the coppers will not hassle you if called.
