1.My thai wife's Residence permit is in her old pass port (indefinite) How to get in new passport ? and how much cost ?

Assuming you are in the UK then:

https://www.gov.uk/transfer-visa but and a big but, it clearly states that you do not need to transfer a vignette type visa to a new passport. You can travel with the new passport and the old one with the visa and avoid the cost of applying for a permit.

Potential employers may be more familiar with residence permits than the older vignettes so you may prefer to pay the money!
