I never went back and within six months the shop was out of business and they were gone. Point is, if this guy isn't your close friend or brother, he's going to believe the snatch before he believes you. Women here are hyper manipulative. They are pros at it. Stay out of it.

Bit of a selfish move not to say anything but seeing all the risks involved I can certainly understand the OP if he decides not to say or do anything.
