Hi all,

Does anyone have the list of necessary documents for WP extension at the Chiang Mai labor dept?

And also the list for adding a work location in the WP? (Another branch of same organization)

I have the application forms which includes the lists from the head office of the labor department in bkk, but I know individual offices sometimes have their own specific requirements.
