TOT at Promenada?

Featured Replies

Can anyone confirm if there's still a TOT office at the Promenada open. I had heard it was now closed and has been for awhile but I'm trying to find out for sure. Anyone?

i paid my telephone bill there about 30-35 days ago. as usual, i was the only customer there at the time. they didn't say anything about closing, but did say that you could now pay your PEA bill there.

I was just in there last week. It's on the ground floor (parking level) in the west end of the building to the west.

Maybe ok for paying bills but one of the more frustrating highlights (and thats a category with a few) of totally clueless, disorganized, mistake making staff for more complex tasks.

Yepper, only paying the bill......

I went in and didn't even need to take a queue as I was the only customer there. The two gals seemed to like having someone come in as I don't think they get many customers.

In and out in only a few minutes. I think that's where I'll be paying my future bills.

What exactly is considered a complex task for TOT? Signing up perhaps? Any service issues and I call the hotline which I've always gotten a friendly, prompt, and great English speaking support from. Knock on wood as I haven't had any service issues for nearly 2 years now.....

i've gone there about 6 times over the years to pay my telephone bill. i've always been the only one in there and have never seen another customer in there. last time i went (very hot season...) to pay my bill i was greeted by those two lonely ladies and handed a glass of ice cold water. they also told me i could come back anytime to pay my electric bill there. i don't think they get a customer very often.

Hmmmmm... You can also pay the electric bill there..... I guess that's what I'll be doing the next time instead of waiting in line at a 7-11 and using their rude staff (most of the time).
