Forum rules - where?

I must be really dense today but I had decided to eventually take the time to carefully read the forum rules I see partial quotes from from moderators and members now and then, but for the sake of me I can't find them (yeah I know... probably been shown to me when subscribing... that was long ago).

I kind of expected to find them as a pinned topic here, but nope (should be IMO)

I must have missed the obvious place but... anyone can point me to the right direction please?

At the top of the page you will find a tool bar, hover your mouse over FORUMS and another tool bar will drop down:

Or you can scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and you will find a link in the bottom right corner of the page.
