Town house rentals near on nut bts

I might be looking for a small town house off the main streets down some soi near on nut bts station

Does not have to be fancy because it is just to stay there for my kids school

Not my primary residence , the drive from my house to that area would be to far to do every day

Now I am in the north west of Nontaburi and have driven to that area many times and it is to much for me to drive that traffic every day . Because there is very little choice for international schools in this area

Just looking for some ball park prices and any other info

Stuff near OnNut BTS (say max 10 mins walk) is new high rise/medium rise condos or old style grotty soi appartments. Can't think of a modern town house development that close, but maybe laying that down will stumulate some other OnNut resident to rise to the challenge of putting me in my place.

Near where I live in Phra Khanong, next to On Nut, there is an older town house development with rentals in the high teens to lower twenties last time I checked a few years ago. These are mostly four story units about one km down Suk. 71.
